Bailey joined Baird in 2023 and completed Baird's Financial Advisor Training Program. His mission is to provide financial planning expertise and build strong multi-generational client relationships. Bailey holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, he spent over three years in the manufacturing world as a Continuous Improvement Engineer for a large company in the Quad Cities. Bailey’s experience in leading teams, solving problems, and passion for planning led to a natural progression into the wealth management industry.
Bailey serves on the Board for Camp Shalom, a local Christian camp for the youth. He is also part of the Baird Gives Back volunteer committee and stays involved in the local community with his passion for car events, boating, and collecting bikes.
